Mini Bernedoodle Puppies

Care

Mini Bernedoodles take the best traits of Poodles and Bernese Mountain Dogs and turn those into excellent pets. Families enjoy these dogs because they’re low-maintenance and do not require a lot of exercise or special attention. A few trips to the groomer for a haircut and nail trim and daily play time is all these special pets require to remain happy and healthy.

Diet

What Mini Bernedoodles like to eat (and shouldn't eat)

Diet

Mini Bernedoodles need approximately 2-2.5 cups of small dog food daily. When choosing a food, talk to your vet and look at your companion's energy level, coat and stool to determine the best food for the dog's needs.

Grooming

Keeping your Mini Bernedoodle looking good

Grooming

Mini Bernedoodles shed very little and only need to be lightly brushed a few times a week to keep out any tangles or matting. Nails should be trimmed each month to keep them from overgrowing, and baths are only needed every 3-4 months. For healthy looking curls, schedule a haircut with a dog groomer every few months. TIP: The longer the curls (coat) the harder it is to maintain.

Exercise

Staying in shape

Exercise

Mini Bernedoodles are moderately active and need about 20-30 minutes of daily exercise, but they also enjoy spending time cuddling and being with the family.
